 Blake and Penn, being the on Gossip Girl have seemed to developed chemistry over their time together.  M.C and Nick seem too desperate to settle down!  I think Mariah woke up one morning and was like "Geeeee! I'm going to go out and find the nearest gold-digging man I can find and marry him " she's his sugar-mama for sure. Who cares if he has his own MTV show or a singing career which ended just as fast as his acting he's financially stable now unless she decides to get a pre-nup than his black ass is screwed! lol
